very nice gym and excellent coffee service in the room and lobby

the breakfast was good. the location was great.

the room was very comfortable and they allowed us ( for a very reasonable charge) to bring our pet

the hotel left a teepee for my kids to play with while they were there!

the gym was great and so was the restaurant downstairs

the restaurant and bar was closed.

and my family was expecting a continental breakfast and so was another family

nothing close for the kids to do and couldn t go out at night due to the homeless people harassing you

staff in the breakfast/bar area are not very welcoming

the front desk told us that the bistro/bar was open til 10pm, though when we tried to use it after checking in

staff at front desk and bar very friendly

breakfast was excellent! bar was excellent. room was perfect with balcony.

i was surprised with the padded seating at the pool

room had an odor like pet urine

toilet didn t flush. moved room 4 times to find one that worked wifi hopeless

since i travel with kids, it would be nice if they have laundry service.

the breakfast was awesome and the view of the mississippi river was a pleasant surprise!
