the hotel is nice and the room and the bar it was nice
they did not have tv channels in spanish, the swimming pool was closed.

the pool did not close until 11pm and was very loud with kids
the ease of getting to the property and most definitely the shuttle service.
plus 24 hour airport shuttle
food was good. room service was very quick. cable was nice. the bathroom was magnificent.

had to tell the kids to have their footwear on every time
i liked the room space and room service if you wanted it.
dad and daughter couldn't get in the pool
paying for parking a lot of kids running the hallways and knocking on doors late at night
no waffles at breakfast. the property should really invest in a waffle maker.
