golf carts parking everywhere making it hard to get spot in the back of the hotel

eventually a family of 5 joined in (2 adults 3 kids)

lots of amenities, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, great pool and fitness center

daughter (7 years old), my husband and i, went to the indoor pool to enjoy an evening swim

is a $30 pet fee which i didn t know about prior to booking

noisy a lot of kids could not sit at pool kids running around and throwing

the pool was not the greatest...but that wasn't why we stayed at this hotel

the wifi was so bad i couldn t watch netflix

over crowded with kids , running everywhere and loud late at night. i just stay in my room.

and i only think they didn t let me check in because i accidentally had 3 adults and 3 kids on my booking

surrounding property ie halls, steps, laundry were in need of attention

there's also a laundry on

the principal door 122 bedroon no working , laundry no working, the pool is closed all day .

breakfast was limited but enough to get us on the road.

the sheets were disqusting used with body fluid stains i was told i had to yse my iwn money an laundry detergent

wifi signal was very strong, but it went out for a day during my stay

i wish the resturant and bar stayed open longer

the wifi and mobile connection is very poor during the daytime.

ok, access for mom and pet, great views of the marina and river

this hotel is also extremely pet friendly, the bottom floor patio allowed us to easily let the dog out

we had a single queen bed, small fridge, microwave, electric fireplace and window ac

the inn is quaint with many cool antiques and themes, we stayed in the golf room.

parking and getting out on the busy street is a bit of a challenge- but not a big hurdle

noisy kids running on top of our room they did nothing to stop it and put smokers

also, the bar area pumps out a crowd sound

the gym was decent, the outdoor patio cool

laundry was available, everyone was super nice and helpful when i had questions

the bar and restaurant on-site was awesome

we were just facing the parking lot

room, very good beds,swimming pool clean, nice staff and it is very quiet in a very beautiful

the location, the pool, the on site breakfast and lunch facility, quiet place
