the view, pool, comfy beds.

no complaints. it was a simple room. not fancy. good view. pool was awesome.

front desk staff and room service was excellent

the pool and bar were closed but this was due to covid-19 so not really the hotels fault.

check in, early check in, no nosy staff watching and snooping on you like other hotels, right by beach, will

with having to check out at 11 then back in at 3 if they couldn't cope with a 12 minute early arrival so i went somewhere else where i was greeted 3 hours to early and offered early check

staff was pleasant but i arrived 12 minutes early and was told by someone who may have worked there to just left the phone

great food ordered room service and also ate at the glass pavillion located on 2nd floor the food there was amazing it

everything was great! my kids really enjoyed the pool!

lots of kids running in and out of the hot tub pouring cold cups of water

well i responded asking if possible early check in and asking again about a birthday surprise but again no reply back

hotel has nice pool area for kids
