staff let us park a little earlier as we wanted to have a walk and explore the area

kids play room was an unexpected surprise

the children can t use any of the jacuzzi or heated swim area next to the pool or the gym either and this wasn t clear when booking which again was a shame because it meant they

get the wifi connection on the tv, would be great if there was option to have apps on tv, eg netflix

a spa break with stunning views over cardiff bay

breakfast was excellent,

in the hotel there's also a laundry, lounge area, meeting rooms, small gym, 'social meeting' for an hour on some evenings with snacks if you want company

the cheapest laundry (50c)

perfect with the kitchen... perfect center of the town

clean and easy. good location and also had an ev charger which was a big plus

i also used the laundry facilities and they were also good

kids enjoyed the pool and staff were helpful.

the bed was really comfy and the design off the bar was unique

approached the reception where our bags were taken into storage and we were offered to use the bar area

comfy bed and good supply pillows. pleasant bar area. free wifi good taxi service

enjoyed the spa with lovely warm pool and jacuzzi

fantastic hotel with log fires plenty of parking and very quiet

the views over cardiff are beautiful, parking is plentiful

only stayed one night for nearby wedding at golf club which was about 3 min taxi ride away - busy winding road tho so wouldnt walk

restaurant was full but had the option to eat at the bar or room service for extra

currently going threw a problem with the hotel for charging me twice and my girlfriend once for room service that we only ordered once and it s taking quite a while for the hotel to refund

no kids activities

food at breakfast was suberb room and failities lovely spa was

she ensured we had a parking space and recommended where we could eat as we arrived later than expected

offered full autonomy, off road parking and easy access to the motorway even a choice of dining within easy walking distance

included car parking facilities

comfy beds, pristine cleanliness, exceptionally friendly hosts with off road parking

we did not meet anna and nick, but they were available via messages to confirm we could use the parking in front of the house once there

kitchen was useful

wifi didn't work, kitchen facilities not as described

very welcoming people and the food was great massive portions for a good price pool table in the bar area and the beer was cheap

room and bed, kitchen area, nice host, parking within premises, breakfast, stable wifi, nice area and base to

really picky maybe a sofa and a folding table and chairs instead of a table and chairs in the kitchen area

been with boys room very good bar /restoran quality and good food nice stuff nice and polite i like and back to stay if this

the rooms were beautiful and very clean loved the easy free parking ...

biggest disappointed, very slow, looks like they don't even care about customers ud83dude15 ,breakfast lunch dinner waiting long time to someone come take order, not buddy checked if meals

i returned home so refreshed after a well needed de-stress at their beautiful spa and swimming pool

hydro pool has issues with the jets

excellent room service for breakfast - ordered one day and arrived both mornings of the stay

the telephone didn't work so couldn't order room service as

it would be a nice touch to have the option to have breakfast room service to spend more time enjoying the little garden

plenty of car parking space

on the first evening we had to have room service because of high winds and rain closed the outside marquee

i really like the room service. i could order late dinner and it was delicious

room service was a bit slow

we enjoyed everything. we particularly like the grill at the golf club.

were really nice and helpful except one of the drivers who transfers you from the manor to the golf club, we didn t get his name an elderly fella with the old fashioned moustache

excellent golf course and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
