they have a great gym facility as well as a place for doing your own laundry

was misinformed by the staff, their wifi sucked, the toilet water ran for like 5mins after each flush

stay in and have room service

the kids loved the pool and hot tub

the location was miserable.they had zero guest laundry facilities.

one thing we were looking forward to was having a shuttle to shop downtown because the days and hours are restricted

it’s clean, has very friendly staff, and the pool was fantastic for the kids

it seemed like an inconvenience for them to send the complementary airport shuttle that i was relying on as a solo traveler and wasn't available to me when i arrived at

the shuttle, and drivers, made getting back and forth from the airport and around town seamless

close to trails downtown, easy to get to, pool, gym and eating area down stairs.

the hotel (which ended up costing us $60), since there's no shuttle service and the workout space/gym was very small- not enough space for everyone who wanted to use it

not enough parking. no dinner or bar options. the gym was small.

they post pics of the a pool and that’s the only reason we got this room for the kids and there wasn’t one and when it came to the staff they were

hotel accommodated early check in as we were traveling with 1year old that needed napping prior to evening event

also the phones in room for room service didn t work :

the pool was fun for kids and the location being walking distance to riverfront park is a huge

i like the river view. the pool was warm. and it is close to everything in post falls

the laundry facility was very clean

there was ample parking

a little bit of upgrading but you can tell they re making a huge effort with their lobby bar restaurant area

wifi was great
