we made use of the pool and sauna
plumbing very noisy, issue flushing the toilet and water leaking from shower/bath no ev charge point as advertised fire alarm went off at 5:50am, but no evacuation
was fine - the food, the parking, the staff
the spa facilities
staff were really nice and the english breakfast is big and hearty and worth every penny, wasn t expensive at all

attention to detail of all members of staff, the excellent presentation of the spa and hotel
room was easy to access the restaurant as mum has reduced mobility at 91 our in room breakfast was delicious the staff were friendly professional and
added breakfast and that was nice too with the table service
though we stayed at spa hotel we were not bombarded with spa
spa was dear. drinks in hotel was dear. not easy to book for the pool.
