didn't have an operating pool, not breakfast, and the wifi wasn't working, so basically all the amenities i bought it for it didn't have

they have laundry but it takes at minimum two cycles to dry one load

pool & playground are very well kept

wifi was spotty

easy check-in, huge room, convenient parking right outside of room, nice grounds and pool, lots of water pressure in shower all amenities i needed

very family friendly with playground pool little restaurant

pet friendly with reasonable pet fee
