and i had to share soap shampoo the direct tv was very basic no sports station very minimal wifi wasn't working

breakfast could have had more hot options, didn t know we could have ordered room service

staff was friendly and they let us park my son's truck and camper in the overflow parking when his camping

advertised jetted spa tub, but alas, it wasn't

the only thing we missed was the pool and hot tub!

kids should be allowed only on the first floor only or a section

hotel and casino is brand new and very elegant

and the bay-view room is kinda ruined by the rv park in the way

i was sad that the coffee stand inside the casino wasn't open yet, we left the day it opened.

the entire staff, hotel and casino were all friendly and really good at their jobs

there was a piece of bread under one of the chairs. the spa tub was not clean.

room was comfortable, modern with a great view and the spa tub was nice

the shower head for the room spa was broken or worn out. needs to be replaced

balcony overlooking the water front was wonderful; also appreciated early check in

and it was so convenient that there was a laundry right across the street

people in the room above were up very late, including kids, & sounded like they were jumping off the bed to the floor

it was also a little noisy, but it is a family place and it was just running/happy kids

unfortunately there was a family with small kids next to us and we were underneath someone who walked very heavy footed

people tended to stand in the parking lot and talk and let the kids run around

not the inns fault, but we had kids above us that were jumping and running was a bit noisy at night

clean, updated rooms, awesome playground for kids next door, super friendly staff,

just work * bonus, there is a kid park behind i did actually do a jogging exercise while watching kids in the playground

the cottage was well decorated and had a full kitchen

beautiful location spa tub in the room was nice and relaxing

ground floor, the reason being we were leaving early to catch the ferry to friday harbor and the laundry room (next door to the room, i believe) starts being used early

the laundry/fabric softener smell was too strong.

location right in the heart of town, there’s a communal laundry and the room had a microwave, stove and fridge

we were able to catch up on holiday laundry at the motel, walked to the shops for shopping and for meals, and had a short drive to go

i enjoyed the french press in the room, and the kitchenette was also very convenient for making breakfast

loved the fresh ground coffee and spa services

were in the area for a volunteer event that lasted until after 2am and the parking lot was full

good people, very courteous helpful, room service very efficient .great coffee and beds.

had a nice little porch out to the pool, if you are around during pool season

only bad thing that was very disappointing was that the pool was too cold to swim in, and closing at 8 pm is too early
