carpet in the room had a pretty bad odor, no room service when requested, our trash was overflowing with no place to take it out, no clean

it was spacious with a full kitchen, had amazing views and lovely balcony

being able to come down and have breakfast in the eating area

loved they bring breakfast to you every morning
