location was convenient for the main centre of ithaca, there was plenty of car parking available and the rooms spacious, comfortable and well equipped

great location. half-priced appetizers at the bar during happy hour.

the rooms are updated, extremely comfortable, and the bar also holds the charm you would expect

i didn't take advantage of the breakfast or the spa since my stay was short but i look forward to my next

breakfast was just toast & coffee. room a/c had no adjustment

they said breakfast was included but there was no food just coffee plus toast.

the owners provided a reasonable coffee bar with fruit in the common area
