the pool area, hot tub, and tiki bar!

had a very nice pool and hot tub that we enjoyed in the evening

pool and hot tub were excellent

the pool was relaxing. the bed superb and the couch comfy.

the outside pool is very good it has a lot of close shopping stores near

we were on the second floor close to the pool and we could here everyone talking and kids screaming

it was quiet with no kids running up and down the halls screaming and yelling all hours of the night

fitness center was out of order & i would have liked to have known prior to booking.

and could fit 5 of us ( 3 adults and 2 kids) comfortably

the kitchen and shared living room were awesome for my kids

i wasnt informed of that prior to my arrivind, it was slightly inconvinient when travelling with kids

in a rambling, historic fully furnished mansion that probably serves singles more than those with kids

in the room with twin beds didn't work and she couldn't fix it so the kids were upset

my husband and i were traveling with our 4 kids

we were 5 in total (with 2 young kids), and being able to be altogether in a large room

breakfast was pretty good, but on our last morning someone's kids ran off with the entire platter of sausage and there was no waffle mix

pool not functioning. in fact, it was a hazard with only a few feet of dirty water in bottom.

the balcony overlooking esplanade and quart yard with mini pool were the icing on the cake

second night in our room someone actually started playing the trumpet outside our door and the bar next to our room doesn’t close til 5 am

incorrect breakfasts, we reserved as 4 adults and were given 2 adult breakfasts and 2 kids menu

the hotel bar always had interesting people (not the wild bourbon street revelers) and the location in the

easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, bar downstairs and next door and late night food options

i loved the quaint and old timey feel of the bar area, including the guy playing piano music

room was overall clean, my kids weren't aware the snacks were not complimentary so they opened up and ate a small jar of

great staff and service. very clean. beautiful outdoor pool. excellent location.

there was only one elliptical machine in the gym

i got a suite so the bedroom was private and the kids stayed in the living room area using the pull out bed

only disappointment was restaurant and bar was closed due to covid-19.

really enjoyed having a balcony to look out on it and really appreciated the pool being heated and the perfect temperature

we never get to use the pool. second time that we’ve been here and pool closed.

i stayed in one of their apartments and the kitchen was modern, nicely equipped with all the amenities, bathroom huge, bedroom comfortable and

a pretty decent breakfast and a perfect location if you want to be close to the french quarter and also the marginy

then there’s the tub… the stopper was a kitchen sink stopper that doesn’t fit the tub drain

patio garden was cozy and the fully equipped kitchen worked beautifully for our trip

a hidden gem in a great location of the french quarter. a great bar and lovely courtyard

we had fresh coffee on a morning from the coffee bar, and sampled some amazing cocktails in peychaud s bar on the ground floor - so good

the first floor bar plays loud music beginning at about 9:00 am and the courtyard is filled with revealing
