pretty much every room had a balcony :) pools open early and open till 10

i literally got the kids back in the car after starting to take everything out and we needed to book a 2nd hotel

the staff was very helpful but really cannot comment on breakfast as we were only there for a short time

breakfast was great

room was the most expensive suite there and it smelled like mold- it was badd☹️the kitchen sponge was left from the last stay and it was disgusting

spa services also available but seemed a bit pricey to me

the pool was nice too and close to the racetrack

the gym was also well equipped

pool area is tight. illy coffee/hot water maker too loud. tv could use adjustable arm.

loved the fact that it had a heated pool

nice breakfast, great pool and jacuzzi

the studio suite was spacious, clean, and well equipped. breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

the hotel was quite crowded with families and children and the pool, hot tub and workout area were always being used

everything! pool, fitness centre, breakfast etc...

the free dinner and free breakfast were outstanding. free beer and wine as well!

very kind staff, spa tub was absolutely amazing. also wonderful diner near area.

spa bath

the spa tub was great - although i had to clean it.

the spa tub was very nice. size of the room was nice.

the spa tub is falling apart and the bed is very very outdated and uncomfortable

was a nice grill and bar sharing the same parking lot as the hotel

hotel shares a parking lot with a busy bar that is open until 4 am

very good restaurant. the breakfast chef scott made excellent omelets.

kids loved the fish pond and the gym access was awesome

no room service, but can do a pick up order

arrived we had to ask for breakfast vouchers and got only 2 adult meals without 2 meals for our kids

restaurant on-site, an around the clock shuttle transporting you to and from the albany airport, which is less than a mile away

parking spaces on premises (when available if lot isn’t full), allows pets and accommodated our early check in request

friendly staff. hot tub. late check out.

however food was not replenished enough in second hour and no plates available available laundry facilities a big plus modern decor and

starbucks coffee in the lobby laundry room

there was an rea where you could do laundry which was perfect for a long visit

second after realizing the mistake it was opened again, but the pancake machine wasn’t working, kids and us had to default back to bagel and breads so not ideal there as

the pool and gym that's it

the pool area was the star of the show
