our room was beautifully located facing the pool area on the 2nd floor

washer in the laundry room would’ve been nice so i could have washed a load of color and whites at the same

guest laundry is available, even though the website doesn’t mention it

amounts of laundry hanging from balconies that my initial impression of the building was that it was a

no microwaves in rooms very inconvenient, no working laundry facilities

the kids ran around at all times played in the elevators no supervision at all

the restaurant oven was working so we could have tried the food and not had to doordash for our kids while at a wedding

i went to try to find the golf course and saw the clubhouse from afar as it looked like a lot of construction or something

apartment was a 2 br/2 bath apartment with a full kitchen, so it was spacious

the 2 bedroom unit is spacious with 2 full bathrooms, washer dryer, full kitchen

we only stayed 1 night so didn't use the pool or fitness center

water park hours are ridiculously short and the 2 main attractions shut down 2 hours into the day

issues almost everything in the mini bar was expired, had some issues with dinner buffet at oasis water park moving due to weather and

i can t by them food at the snack bar so the young lady rolled her eyes and ignore me when the other young lady said it was ok

loved the water park for my kids and our room was so close to the water park this time.

wake me up ridiculous it to ours check out in a bag me every single day and laundry lady had a really bad attitude yeah she told me i was 11 o’clock to get

clean and very comfortable. pool was nice and the location is great

the small gym was 24hrs. the staff were friendly.
