is a parking lot one side of the hotel, no noise but when you try to get a view, the parking lot its
traffic noise whereas the backside is more quiet with a view and very close to a multiple floor parking lot

also, they were building the new parking lot all night outside our window, we didn't manage to get any

shower, good heater/air conditioning(jan is cold in monterrey) , good wifi , good location (-)wifi didn t work (+)this hotel is good value for money. it has free wifi. (-)wifi wasn't working at all (-) the staff, while nice at check-in, did absolutely nothing to help when i told them my wifi was pitiful
