ordered room service for breakfast (restaurant the downtowner) an hour and half before checkout (+)hotel decor, spaciousness, yummy food and prompt room service staff! (+) room service and downstairs restaurants are great dining options (-)room service staff (-)coffee or room service proved to be impossible and the towels were hard (-)was disappointed that the hotel restaurant had changed to room service only but that didn t effect the quality of the food (-)would be an insult to the restaurant, it would be nice to be able to refrigerate restaurant or room service leftovers (-) our phones didn't work and we had a hard time ordering room service (-)room service was horrendous and shower never really for hot. (-)didn't seem to have room service. the price seems high considering mid-week and amenities.

our room was very clean and comfortable. the hotel bar was good too.

like the warm water on the swimming pool and the open times very flexible from 6 am to 11 pm kids really enjoyed it

really liked having the kitchen which helped save money on dinner

stayed one night and the shuttle took us for dinner at a good mexican restaurant

5 minutes to/airport on their free shuttle

great room size complete with kitchen and utensils

room was clean, had all stated amenities, had a well stocked kitchen with items needed, and all furnishings were

breakfast could have been more variety. no oatmeal, yogurt.

the location was very convenient because it was close to the airport and they had a free shuttle

they had a social time, and breakfast
