plenty of parking

breakfast & location were just fine for what we wanted to do.

the breakfast was over the top good

rooms were clean and quiet; the guests were not even heard unless seen downstairs; the breakfast was visually beautiful and

there was no steps or railings to get in & out of spa tub

we enjoyed being so close to the parks and the pool in the village

the pool was dirty with leaves and needed a daily vacuum or cleaning

pool & very thing closed at 8pm so there wasn’t anything do after 8pm

wish there would have been a pool code/key for guests only

outdoor pool and spa were situated just across the road

staci made it possible for our room to be next to the pool for the children

the pool not being open and when it was open in the morning it was freezing cold

i like that they have an indoor pool and a location is closed to worlds of fun

kitchen in room

was nice with the kitchen and plenty of drawer and closet space

the room we were in was old so could use some fresh paint etc, lobby and restaurant were good the gym was also a little

happy hour with don, breakfast with theresa. the pool was refreshing

excellent laundry service

the fitness center was very nice, nicer than some gyms i have been to, especially the locker room

hotel employee behind the bar is a real pro

would have loved some room service but jax was easy to grab for dinner!

shuttle was great. staff superb. loved the 7th floor.

it was extremely hot out during our stay, so being able to utilize the free shuttle service to go out to dinner without showing up drenched with sweat was a huge plus

location is great right on the plaza and the pool is on a nice rooftop

also, the lady at the front desk had a grab bag of toys for my kids

friendly staff, clean room, normal and tasty breakfast as we come to expect from hampton inns.
