needed a new laundry basket for the room and needed to fix washers.
comfort of the bed, free laundry, was able to bring my dog
no pool but they had a nice gym.

living room, kitchen and bathrooms were great
perfect, you can walk to downtown, but you're about a block away so you can avoid the late night bar crowd
