i also love the pool

asked the staff for laundry service but they didn’t have quarters for change

washing machines and dryers in the laundry room do not

what i expected & the laundry room was horrible machines did not work my clothes was soaked after washing it & dryer

i thought the spa was connected or we had entrances

no ice machine on my floor. laundry machines not working.

no room service. had to empty our on trash and i had to go get our own towels

parking was poor to say the least

room service forgot to clean out room and bring fresh towel, so when we came back all sweaty and

tried to kill time at their gym, but it's pretty sad-looking and not worth lifting small weights

staff was nice, the room was beautiful and room service was great

the swim up bar was loaded with kids which i didn't even bother to try

very clean swimming pool ,everything was very nice ,breakfast was great also.

the suite has a laundry room and was close to the ocean loved the stay. coming back soon!

no daily room service!! just fresh towels daily!!

there is no laundry machines in th e room but down the hall where it is sooo hot in the wash room

rooms were ok had to continuously call for room service

rooms dirty, staff unfriendly and the lied to us about the room service

lot’s of noise , music , kids, parties… had small flies inside the room

and all throughout my stay i saw staff cleaning which to me is very important, they had free wifi, free parking, the pool was a good size

the kitchenette needs upgrading the stove only one burner turned on

to many people and kids in the pool it's a hazard for everyone

hide a bed did not work and one of of kids had to sleep on an inflatable mattres

we stayed in the 7th floor 2 bedroom suite it was literally like a condo had kitchen with pots and pans, stove, dishwasher 2 restrooms the view is

i loved the pools.

we got the room with an ocean view and a spa jet tub

and i got a spa room, but only used the spa tub once as it was close to an hour to fill it and by that time i

staff was very helpful and showed us around, was also very clean, loved it was adults only

the ambiance was perfect! so fun and inviting and it being adults only, can't wait to return!!

bar manager was very nice and the drinks were great

upper deck hotel and bar was great

the jacuzzi and the pool was great than on top of that it was a whole bar in the hotel

we could make our own meals but we ordered from the bar frequently

they have a pool and a bar at the end of the hotel

close to walk onto the beach. grill and bar next to the hotel.

renovations were obvious, but the quality of work was not good, the faucet in the kitchenette was completely loose, the a/c was noisy, and it's an older motel, so the mildew scent

it has a small pool which was mostly vacant, even with the hotel at capacity (the beach is that close)

the pool was the perfect temperature and very clean

attentive staff, especially in the cafe; reasonable prices for the quality beach access and nice pool adjacent to outdoor cafe

after using the spa bath and all the water had drained, the spa bath was dirty

liked that it was one of the few hotels with an in-room spa bath, even though it felt like it was a little small

and the spa tub was not clean and the room wasnt cleaned properly before we got the room and we didnt use

we even got offered early check in per our request

wish pool was more warm but it's understandable due to weather.

pool and location were nice

felt beachy is that makes sense, with the pier in the back and the pool and hot tub it felt really good and

they close the pool early

the omelette bar was great

the omelette bar saved the day, they were excellent made to order

no heated pool

will not stay here again because of lots of kids and the noise level was very high

souvenir shop, gym, multiple bars inside and outside

the restrooms on the outside of the hotel connected to the bar was very clean as well

pool was beautiful. room was spacious and clean.

clean. breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. lots of variety.

shuttle doesn’t run until 7am

the breakfast was biscuits and gravy, sausage, and eggs as well as many other items

it was very clean, spacious for family of four and great setup for breakfast.

staff were amazing and made sure we had a shuttle available at midnight due to our plane landing later

the parking was challenging

parking lot was one block away, and too dark at nigth

next door church mass left us with a parking far away
