kid's pool and service at the pool

pet friendly hotel, i did not have a pet... our room had fleas in it.

valet, housekeeping and the girl who answered the phone when i called to get the wifi password were all fantastic

service was totally off the charts, especially who helped us with bags and chatted with our kids and aleesea,

the hotel is a little dated. the bathrooms are old and the laundry room was filthy.

lack of options for early check in and bike availability

sometimes too many kids in pool.should have adult hours.

such great value for the money - will definitely come back here with kids one day

a place to relax, eat breakfast and dinner, sit on the balcony listening to the waves while the kids slept

our kids enjoyed the swimming pools and the tide pools right in front of the condo very much too

we especially loved the pool right by the oceanside and the lanai

is so convenient for walking in kailua kona , the pool is saltwater and so nice on your skin, the restaurant

they have a laundry room which many resorts dont have. came in handy for sure. decent gym too.

view - easily upgraded when first rom was over the power plant/laundry and we couldn t sleep due to the noise

breakfast overpriced. no continental with pastries available 45$ buffet ridiculous.

nice touches like cold water waiting for us when we arrive home each day, beds turned down, free laundry room
