has 7-24 shuttle bus every half hour to airport service and it also have good complimentary breakfast

laundry facilities on premises - appreciated that

the laundry facilities were small, but adequate

their airport shuttle really early in the morning and the driver was waiting for me and my son in the lobby

shuttle service was good, check in was fast, room was really clean, pool was a bit chilly but very

the rooms wear dirty and room service was never around to request for clean towels

remote to television, no plug for tub, and no good parking to much homeless people to park in back or side by

i only got this hotel bc it says it has jacuzzi and pool and was very disappointed i would have to leave to do this

rooms we’re outdated. the pool, exercise room, and other amenities were across the street.

pool wasn’t available in captain cook hotel (under maintenance)

very family friendly with spacious rooms, kitchenette and close to a playground down by the coast
