no hot tub and they advertised a shuttle but didn’t have one.
i would have liked a free continental breakfast and a jacuzzi
many kids running down the hallway till all hours in the morning
indoor pool was super cold, like 60*, my kids jumped in and right back out
the staff went above and beyond to get us shuttled to and from the hockey game so we didn’t have to drive unfamiliar area
