basic breakfast booked a room with a river view, but on the 1st floor it's more a view of the parking

one staff working ion the morning shift, breakfast ran out of coffee as we arrived down, staff working very hard to deal with everything but

wasn t completely clean when we showed up. hair on towels, crumbs on the floor of the kitchen.

a little frustrating that i had to pay full price and no room service at all for my 8 days there

beds, super nice staff, great breakfasts/pub on location, lots of extra activities

the european/scandinavian decor is clean and functional, and the wifi is fast

the table and the fact that there were enough places for everyone to sit because there were 6 bar stools

they had a free shuttle bus to and from jackson hole that was very convenient and they took care of storing,

nice rooms, great hot tub , beautiful library, very helpful staff, lovely ski shuttle.

shower leaks badly where there is no weather stripping. no breakfast at all.

but best part was the shuttle to the mountain and slope side storage

pool and hot tub were amazing

everything except the $150 “one time” pet fee. seems a deposit would have been fine.

the price of ~$900/night, i expected a more spacious room and bathroom

didn’t try the spa although it is limited to a hot tub and treatments

but the room is huge and there is a small kitchen

also loved the kitchen and the bathroom products

room was located on the first floor which made it great for the kids and carrying in luggage,

on a touristy season like when we arrive, it can take a min for us to get to do our laundry

the snack basket was a nice touch, especially since we had 2 younger kids with us
