woke up to my room smoking. had electrical problems

have been great if the pool had been clean and ready for use, now that the weather has warmed up

the parking is dirty

but realizing that as soon as i turned into the parking lot, that it wasn t getting better the longer we

wifi was excellent

staff was so nice and very helpful and always had a smile! the breakfast was fresh and good!

that the breakfast ended at 9:30 am

all the way in the back and it didn t have a parking lot at the back we had to walk back and forth from the

room is extremely small and there is a hidden pet charge or 20 dollars per animal that isn t listed on booking

the shuttle driver was fantastic. maid on wednesday was wonderful.

room was nice service what's nice great location for downtown durham museum not far from the casinos i knew a

toilet didn t flush. moved room 4 times to find one that worked wifi hopeless

close to casinos!

that they ddnt have room service nor a bar at the hotel

fitness center was unavailable- a huge deal to my husband & daughter- it was being used for storage

we were able to walk around downtown with our kids and had a water view

since i travel with kids, it would be nice if they have laundry service.

staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.

staff in the breakfast/bar area are not very welcoming

i like the great customer service and cleanliness and the bar onsite and starbucks.

the wifi didn't connect to my phone

also, no option for food/room service at 9:30 pm except to go across street and eat

bar closed before we arrived on saturday (9:30 pm)

the hotel left a teepee for my kids to play with while they were there!

the restaurant and bar was closed.

the gym was great and so was the restaurant downstairs

distance to everything downtown, art gallery, theatre, restaurants, bars while being safe at all times of day

perfect location! great room, very clean with a bar and restaurant. also, pet friendly.

we were the only people in the restaurant and we were told there were a number of room service orders ahead of
