september 2021 covid precautions prohibit lobby entry and preclude breakfast

before breakfast because the air conditioner in the room didn't cool at all after the 1st room we was

we first arrived, our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room

also, the staff at the front desk at 4am kindly accomodated and shuttled us to the airport
