motels are my first choice when staying with young kids.

there was no parking

the stairs to the 2nd floor have an odd 3-inch step at the bottom to the parking lot that could be a fall

the only thing that i would improve is the breakfast that had very limited choices

breakfast was microwaved but it was free

breakfast was great and lady in kitchen hostess very friendly

was pleased to have breakfast included in my stay

breakfast was great and staff very helpful

breakfast wasn't offered due to covid, i also had to check out early due to personal reasons

location, parking and unit were all great for visiting kitchener comfortably.

dec 23/24 night the go trains stationed beside laundry buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - i thought there literally was a

great communication from the laundry room management

hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

great gym and pool options

it has a bowling alley, mini golf and an arcade

mini golf and pool and ping pong was fun

room service was odd

no furniture on the balcony. limited utensils in the kitchen. would have liked bar onsite

more garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs, because of our longer stay

well-equipped kitchen and everything new in the apartment plus a very large balcony and a nice view, close to the

love the seperate bedroom, the closet, the kitchen area a laundry to catch up on some clean clothes mid trip

very secure, close to wedding venue we were attending, but rooms, dishwasher/laundry onsite
