our daughter loved the waterside, my husband loved the golf courses, and i loved the afternoon tea
the gym and leisure facility s are exceptional and the onsite pub is also great which we took part in
breakfast was fabulous, the only thing it could have been hoter
the facilities and staff were incredible, the setting was gorgeous and breakfast was great

the hotel accommodated every part of my trip by allowing an early check in and late check out at no extra charge
kids loved the pool and big beds
how some of the staff were giving me looks etc because i am young and was on the 20th floor even room service when they realised i wasn't an older person changed there tune however the younger
very nice gym and spa in the basement
swimming pool was great for the kids and if i stayed longer i would of used the massage

wr only stayed one night so didn't need the kitchen but it's great to have th choice especially with young children
