the swimming pool in the lobby. who thought that was a good idea?

the kids loved the pool and the waterfalls indoors

wasnt to happy with the big kids jumping in the pool and making waves had to cut pool time with the kid short cause the waves

to say that i didn t like this there were a lot of kids staying at the hotel

24 hr airport shuttle

appetize a pool that was not available

had to pay extra to use pool n front desk people weren't that friendly

one per person they said and the breakfast was cold and old and not good at all

i wish they did breakfast, i would definitely stay again if they had breakfast

loud, too many kids. snell of marijuana outside the hotel.

we couldn't enter hotel at night and had to carry two kids all the way to the front door

the pool area had lots of smelly trash, no towels,

wish there was an closer indoor pool and way to get to outdoor pool without the stairs

no bar open until after 3:00pm elevators really slow

i was in st louis on business the front desk staff was very nice, housekeeper were exceptional breakfast was good

no swimming pool need to get pool fixed asas.

someone stole my laundry and they said the cameras don’t work

nice set up anything you could need they have pool,hot tub,gym a lovely courtyard out side you can relax and enjoy

louis and the bar area was very festive and fun at night

room service was a little expensive

decided to sleep in, she was very curt in telling me that for the sitting, inhad to sit in the bar section of the restaurant

breakfast was wonderful and hot! glad we ordered room service

the room had a full kitchen so we got our own breakfast

this is not huge but there was only 1 garbage can in the apartment which was in the kitchen

nice spacious room with kitchen and dining area

the oven and pull out bed was dirty. the leg om the kitchen table was loose

wasn't expecting kitchen with kitchenware which was great!

wifi could ve been better.

i understand the plan was for people to use the room service and or restaurant that was being finished, but some times it just isn t feasible

wifi in my room didn't really work

no laundry here even..dry clean

it felt sticky underfoot and it reminded me of how icky showering at a gym barefoot feels
