wifi wouldn't connect - we were put right next to an elevator across from the bar area with a 6

of check in, plenty parking and the room was very clean

perks - a bar, snacks and meals were available in the lobby area, a lock box, an iron and laundry service

no microwave in the rooms no bar by the pool a little on the pricey side

no restaurant, gym only medium

beautiful pool area and outdoor fireplace

we were travelling with a pet and we were made to feel very comfortable

golf carts parking everywhere making it hard to get spot in the back of the hotel

breakfast was limited but enough to get us on the road.

the sheets were disqusting used with body fluid stains i was told i had to yse my iwn money an laundry detergent

didn t not like, the breakfast i like the breakfast as for the continental it is very well-stocked very fresh

perhaps the only negative was that the lounge chairs at the pool had broken straps.

garden and pool were beautiful and we loved the historic significance and story of the property

the indoor pool is a good size, and there are little touches throughout the room that just makes you

lots of amenities, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, great pool and fitness center

is a $30 pet fee which i didn t know about prior to booking

the pool was closed my kids cried the whole time was disappointed

the pool was not the greatest...but that wasn't why we stayed at this hotel

noisy a lot of kids could not sit at pool kids running around and throwing

we had a single queen bed, small fridge, microwave, electric fireplace and window ac

loved the fireplace and 5x mirror and long dressing mirror

fireplace in the room didn t work

only thing i did not like was the parking

very minor issue but parking is limited.

the bar was very convenient and the staff was amazing

laundry was available, everyone was super nice and helpful when i had questions
