hotel is attached to a bar and vlt gambling lounge, which gives an atmosphere that isn't the greatest

is essentially a bar at the ground floor, is loud for hotel guests, and isn't really a quiet or updated facility

cleanliness of pool area

outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so i couldn’t swim in it for long

hotel was in best location, clean, with good and helpful staffs, the facility and pool were excellent

we had great time at the pools with kids. great hotel and service. secure parking is a plus.

the cafe on main floor and the fitness facility are fantastic!

breakfast was excellent, my room size was perfect, the location was brilliant and an easy walk to

only liquid soap provided, so i had to walk to a nearby convenience store to by normal bar soap

the name of the hotel is very deceiving, and is located in a very sketchy area, as well the bar clientele enter through the same main entrance as hotel guests

people in the bar adjacent to it. are shady and r a pain in the butt to say the least.

if there was no vlt s and bar was closed, they wouldn t get so many drunks

wifi was ridiculously slow and pool was not in service

these kids were too young to be there without a guardian

to loud if your staying poolside, hardly got any sleep as kids were screaming in the pool at 7am

finicky wifi access but it finally worked.
