beds were to firm for my husband and kids, but some people including my self might like that

mj who was in charge of breakfast was lovely and so kind. her breakfasts were delicious!!!

downside were the kids at some tournament kicking up a storm when they returned in the evening and knocking on the

i didn't like was being placed on a floor with a hockey team that kept me and my kids up to midnight running up and down the floors

location the front desk staff were so happy attentive and helpful and the bar staff in the lounge were so happy and attentive

was offered beer/ wine while i checked in, given complimentary bar tickets, chatty and friendly

just to stay only because there are no hotel class facilities such as breakfast, swimming pool, gym, etc

the rooms weren't anything fancy, as expected from dorms but it had a kitchen and the laundry in the building was very helpful

i would have anticipated at least a boiled egg with breakfast

the steam baths are appreciated and the small pool is welcome

i enjoyed a prenatal massage in the spa as well and it was also excellent
