you guys lead your quest into thinking that the breakfast is free with the choice of the room but it's not after you pay all the extra fees thats

pool is a bit overcrowded and the pools chairs were limited. maybe more pool space?

called multiple times for someone to come pick up our room service cart and no one came

crying kids in the morning lol and a couple fighting that was terrible

the tub was so stained and rusted that my kids refused to bathe

this was not the hotel’s fault, but there must have been at least 5 kids, of various ages, in the next room

linda was an excellent host and the breakfast was great
