convenience of the restaurants, parking , access to it , overall we were pleased will stay again

hotel parking lot is a bit of a hike from the hotel, but they will allow you to briefly park at the

still requiring masks and hotel bar not open

it is a must go location better than disneyland my kids said

we took the kids for 4th of july and it exceeded our expectations

love the pool and the room service

gym was too small and always crowded.

hallways not vaccummed, room service dirty trays left outside rooms for over 24 hours

shuttle bus to the airport

airport shuttle service was excellent as was the staff

we had an evening drink at the bistro bar and the bartender was great

pool are is very nice for an in-and-out airport hotel

no change machine to get quarters needed for vending and laundry machines.

the rooms were comfy and clean. the pool area nice and the staff were helpful.

ideally it would have been nice to have a kitchen with a sink, but we made it work.

like an art and antique museum, but is superbly equipped with elaborate modern comfort, enormous kitchen and dining room, and comfy beds

a good bathroom and kitchen but the bedroom, sitting room and dining room are just superb

downtown suite is an apartment with full size kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom with attached bath

location is perfect for anyone who has business at uof a or parents visiting their kids on campus

upon check in i was not old anything about the restaurant or bar being temporarily moved and when asked about vending machines i was told that they were taken

would have been nice to know if i paid cash i would have to give them a $100 security deposit the pool was nice and they left it

had a beautiful courtyard with palm trees in a very large swimming pool and large grassy areas and the staff were amazing they were friendly and talkative and

laundry facilities, a lot of minor maintenance issues, i was really shocked when i saw the front

out, pool not open, breakfast stolen by homeless within 30 minutes of opening door, no laundry room still

room was near the pool, and although it was generally too cool to swim during our visit, we were bothered by children

are hoping that the dining room will open again, but dining in the bar patio was fun and lively

huge, beautiful, including a pool, croquet, table tennis and a gym if that's your thing

but if i had to it would be the lack of bar or delivery service at the pool

i travel alone with my kids absolutely wouldn’t have stayed here on one of those trips

the rooms were not adjoining though and i was not entirely comfortable with my kids in a separate room

a better breakfast options. not just a cold hard boiled egg.

that was a challenge with 3 kids under the age of

the mexico vibe and that there was a bar and dining available.

the price was too high for what we got, the gym was closed and the

first front desk clerk at 2 pm was a young lady who wasn’t very knowledgeable about the golf course

restaurant experience could have been better, would have liked healthier options for both breakfast and dinner

we used the gym and the pool and had breakfast at the resort restaurant

room service food not good. wine list prices not reliable.

small complaint is how close our room was to the pool

the pool with adult only swim time was perfect, most people were with kids in the other pool which made it too crowded for my preference during an airborne transmitted

food both at dinner and breakfast with breath taking views of the mountains

mosquitoes by the pool area, but this is not the fault of the hotel

not clean. rodent droppings in kitchen area. hair in bathroom.

really cool property! the rooms are big and comfortable. breakfast was good too.

kitchen was not equipped as fully as i had hoped - no cooktop or oven, just a microwave

room service always re-stocked coffee and water made the room look so nice to come back into

restaurant azul and bar area were great

they also have an 'adult' pool away from all the kids which is great

friendly staff and helpful. pool and water slide a bonus for the kids. great on-site restaurant.

pool was nice and well stocked with towels, and lots of pool fun for the kids
