room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. pool was clean and refreshing

we wished the pool could ve been heated but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

the swim up bar wasn't opened on mondays and tuesdays the water pressure was not good at

old equipments poor quality of breakfast gym not in the hotel

hang the towels to dry, so after three days we had a lot of wet towels, being that there was no room service

lastly, we weren t aware that we would not receive room service/cleaning until check out

kids loved the pool

wifi was also included which was nice

the staff was excellent. rooms were very nice. pool was great. cant beat the location

the bugs were really irritating in the kitchen when i was trying to cook breakfast

and dirt on the primary air register of the air conditioning unit in the main living area, the kitchen counter has not been thoroughly cleaned there was a sticky grime on the counter and there

room was near the pool which was extremely convenient with children

could use some covers for the coffee cups as there is no place to sit down in the breakfast area and you need to carry coffee up to your room

complimentary breakfast located at the reception desk

no seating in breakfast area and all food was sweet items

i wasn’t a fan of the breakfast

new facility, clean. good location. had grab and go breakfast option.
