water park area was closed despite website stating just the slides were closed

the hot tub and water park was very nice. timely and quality staff for maid service.

the little kids and big kids really didn't have fun in the pool area

flooring in the pool area was soooo slippery that i saw adults and kids fallamd hand to hold onto my little ones hand every step he took

the amount of money we paid the water park did not as much to offer and we had expected

hotel and spa staff were extremely nice

breakfast: delicious

ran out of breakfast items

we loved the s'mores bar at the reception desk, and the view of the lake was awesome

the spa was also really good and worth going to if you are staying there

no continental breakfast

continental breakfast would have been a nice bonus!

very comfortable and clean rooms. the breakfast was outstanding. the views were exceptional.

nice fireplace and kitchenette in the room, lake right across the street, and felt very safe

it has a small kitchen, futon, bed, and tv in a studio style setup

i appreciated the mini kitchen, great towels and amenities and fireplace/ac

i had one complaint, it would be there was no hair dryer and no frying pan i'm the kitchenette

pool was out of service but was communicated with me prior to my stay

breakfast included. good, private access to my room. the room was comfortable and quiet.

pool area was down both times i've stayed but i didn't go there for that so it didn't matter to me

mint condition, smells good, love the toilettries, super friendly staff, varied and good breakfast, great beds, just perfect
