breakfast wasn't much and had same thing 2 days in a row

breakfast was a bit basic, but with what the room cost, i was mildly shocked that breakfast was

the registration person was super welcoming & i appreciate the pre-check in connects to set up early check in

the bar tenders were not at all attentive to customers

breakfast wasn't served until 8:00am and i travel for work and was leaving at 7:15am

only complaint wasn't warm for pool to be open.

price, the kitchen and laundry was 24 hours

was nice there are utensils to use, a dish washer with liquids, and there is a: hot tub, pool and laundry room all for a reasonable price

come to the hyatt here alot through out the year, we mostly enjoy the pool, spa n steam room

how all the rooms faced the middle of the courtyard to be able to keep an eye on the kids.

loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to leave so

rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant (+) the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day (+) roof-top bar was wonderful with an amazing menu of craft cocktails (+) the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that (+) the roof top bar with very fair prices

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

bars, restaurants, and spa prices were way too expensive for what you get

up tissues under the bed near the edge and also could just a few strands of hair still in the spa tub in the room

spa needs repairs

and especially when you have kids around with you and you don't want to be top-naked and shave in public in the main room, felt

pool wasn't open early morning

stayed in the family suite with 3 adults and 5 kids, three was plenty of places to sleep and hang out

the kids loved the pool and the mini golf

place has in an amazing indoor pool and spa with a bar you can order drinks
