room, pool, room service you name it!

the restaurant and bar was wonderful service and food/drinks

there is a one time pet fee but i expect that and it s very reasonable

0n ground floor and the maintenance guy said to keep a metal bar in the door

the hotel (which ended up costing us $60), since there's no shuttle service and the workout space/gym was very small- not enough space for everyone who wanted to use it

we would get in late with our tired kids and it would wake them up

noisy kids and dogs in the hallwy

the fresh baked cookies each night were so nice and the breakfast was delicious

kids upstairs bouncing bballs!

the gym was better than expected

it seemed like an inconvenience for them to send the complementary airport shuttle that i was relying on as a solo traveler and wasn't available to me when i arrived at

free wine reception, free breakfast, and shuttle to the airport were a great value

the pool was cold, this time but the hot tub was perfect!

free breakfast was fantastic with a variety of foods

was a mini resort and so perfect for our kids

my kids swam for hours everyday and having a poolside patio made it great

the laundry facilities were a bonus

shared that it was our anniversary :) we were pleasantly stopped surprised that there was a free shuttle to spokane arena for the concert we were attending too

nice new equipment,friendly staff, great breakfast.

nice and helpful when needing questions to ask and the vending machines up on the second floor kids would get drinks and snacks there and downstairs as well

to freeway access was our reason for choosing this hotel, and when we arrived, my husband and kids enjoyed the putting green in the courtyard

we love the beds, year round outdoor pool

room next to laundry room was super super noisy due to staff working

bed was comfy. bathroom and kitchen was very nice. very big rooms. nice atmosphere.
