pool and hot tub

my kids had the best time and so did we with the ease of opening a sliding glass door to let them run

friendly staff at desk & breakfast bar. clean pool area, very crisp & clean linens.

breakfast was very good too

ton a kids in the pool and hot tub was unable to use to swim and relax there should be adult time for the

indoor pool and hot tub. it was a very nice hotel

kids couldn't go into the lounge to get their own food on managers free dinner night.

the noise upstairs kids running and jumping around at about 2 am

the kids weren’t phased by it but us adults and another guest had to leave and stand outside

it was clean, the pool area was clean

towels could be a bit softer(like sandpaper on your skin) and the laundry being all the way down at bldg 6 upstairs seems to be a hassle when you are nowhere near

although the rooms were full,a lot of kids for a hockey event, all was nice and quiet.

staff was very accommodating. great shuttle service to nearby locations.

the location was miserable.they had zero guest laundry facilities.

staff was able to accommodate my early check in

warm breakfast items were in some stupid cabinet that was hard but get in and out of and only one person

not enough parking. no dinner or bar options. the gym was small.

it was clean, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. best hotel experience.

we would get in late with our tired kids and it would wake them up

i was in town for a state exam and was able to get a late check out without question

were awesome suprised me with cheesecake bites and champagne for my birthday pool hot tub spa room everything super clean staff was awesome will stay there everytime we go

stole my daughters brand new crocs from the pool area

the facility was very clean and we all loved the pool and spa

close to trails downtown, easy to get to, pool, gym and eating area down stairs.

hotel is clean, quiet, no hassle check in and out, nice breakfast included, convenient free shuttle, nice location

clean and had a nice bar inside the hotel along with a beautiful pool

our stay was only a few days after the pool was closed for the winter and it looked so nice.

the staff were very friendly upon arrival. early check in and late check-out.

there is a one time pet fee but i expect that and it s very reasonable

nice and helpful when needing questions to ask and the vending machines up on the second floor kids would get drinks and snacks there and downstairs as well

it's a clean hotel with modern touches and the included breakfast is so good

we love the beds, year round outdoor pool

room next to laundry room was super super noisy due to staff working

bed was comfy. bathroom and kitchen was very nice. very big rooms. nice atmosphere.

separate living room, kitchen, dining room, and two separate bedrooms with residential size doors and windows

we had to open our windows to get fresh air and there were kids playing outside until about midnight so did not get much rest

have two washers and dryers in the guest laundry room

it was about 30 mins to silverwood theme park

the wifi was down for the second time in a week
