pool was clean and refreshing

the price made it worth it to drive and find parking in town

my room, the wifi signal was very weak and i was never able to connect

just the rooster and sheep from the little farm on the far side of the back parking lot

and they even provided coloring supply for kids

in the pool area as there were too many kids plus one adult jumping into and taking over the pool and hot tub

the pool and hot tub were clean

it would have been nice to have had room service as an option

and lots of pastries waffles ,toasts , cofee ,yogurts and fruits,which is plus when you have kids

also one of the two towels was either a gym or a pool towel

and the bed was very comfortable and the hot tub bath was amazing we really enjoyed are stay breakfast was good and so was the

great pool and awesome breakfast.

really enjoyed everything that was available, since covid stopped the pool and hot tub but that is understandable

we enjoyed a terrific traditional bavarian breakfast

we were close enough to everything to walk to the river and shops but tucked away to feel like a spa retreat with the jet tub and the sauna downstairs

covered well-lit parking, cozy king bed and linens, quiet, exceptionally clean, plus a very nice breakfast included

laundry service is available at reasonable cost

the morning breakfast was yummy

room smelled like cigarette smoke and i had my young kids with me

breakfast made life a lot easier. and we were able to decline daily maid service which i like.

option for breakfast was not as good, especially for kids

parking was a little tight if you have a large vehicle.

the location was close to everything so we could walk and the dedicated parking space made it easy for us to navigate the parking nightmare in the town

did not care for the breakfast.

breakfast didn't start until 8:00 am which was too late for our plans for the day.

walls are a little thin...could hear the kids next door

only downfall was a family with 6 kids let them yell and run did report to staff and it was better but parents let them start yelling

which sucks because we had the room with the spa tub and it was very cold to sit in

staff pleasant at check in, clean bathrooms, coffee and tea always avaialable, (and hot cider for kids), very firm bed, plenty of space to hang and dry ski clothes, outdoor deck with mountain views

a wonderful time, very nice deluxe room with spa bath, clean and friendly

even though there is no swimming pool, public pool is across the street

good location, very nice. the room was compact, but very nice! the spa tub was wonderful.

mini golf course that was free with are stay, 18 putting greens with varying difficulties

free mini golf was an unexpected bonus and worth going to do as a beginner

we were a group of 12 , 7 kids and they never had a problem with us, we were the “12’s” and treated

pool was smaller, but the hotel provides regular sized beach towels for each guest

breakfast was boiled eggs, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, strawberry tort, milk and

only thing i could think of was the wifi connection was slow

here for a birthday getaway, were a lot of younger kids running around but, besides that everything was

wouldn't work before arrival, i would have at least took my own laptop to hook up with their wifi

activities, food, pool, pool, pool table, live piano and alphorn, everything was great

the wifi seemed to reach all areas of the hotel

it was nice having a space out back that had a pool, sauna, lounge area

the kitchen had what we needed , even a few compliments things like laundry pods and sugar and coffee

amenities included deck, grill, a huge fenced back grass area to walk over to pool and spa

with a few deer in the front passing by at breakfast

there is ample parking within the property

i like parking outside my room but the back alley has a ton of huge pot holes.

multiple ev chargers available was great and will keep this on our list for the future

this hotel is really good for small kids

i'm assuming that the breakfast bar would have been delicious as well because the food would have been provided by the same team

very clean, friendly staf, super comfy beds and with guest laundry. very enjoyable

24 hr pool was great.

the room was very large and the bathroom had an exceptional spa tub!

the wifi was useless! that was annoying. the coffee in the room wasn't very good. tasted cheap.
