bistro and bar were closed and once again, it would have been nice to have been informed while booking

the bathroom needs upgrade. no breakfast or bar even though advertised. bed not comfortable

we picked this hotel because of on-site bar & food but that was also closed

kids eat for free in the restaurant with a paying adult

it was very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. shuttle to and from concert ! way to go!

the update to the pool area decor is really fantastic

would have liked shuttle back-and-forth to the denny sanford as i am partially handicapped.

the night before lexie was awesome and the lady in the morning when we were waiting for the shuttle was apparently upset she had to be at work, and she took it out on us

the water slide at the pool was amazing!! couldn't believe it was attached to the hotel!!
