clean, hiking distance from buttermilk falls, wine bar on premises selling local chilled bottles, delicious farm-to-table breakfast

and there was free happy hour between 5-6 everyday of fingerlakes wine tasting and late night bar open too

the only thing was that the bar only had wine there.

parking was across the street as parking lot on property is small and filled up fast

however, there was almost no wifi

we were disappointed that the pool was not available.

delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, very cosy and stylish house

who greeted us was incredibly kind and made our experience even more special by preparing a fresh breakfast for us every morning - something you do not always find, and it really made a difference

have liked more hot water for the spa tub, and breakfast was just okay nothing special

they even have laundry with soap included in our area

laundry room equipped with very efficient easy to use washing and drying machines, lake view,

beautiful upgraded spa bathroom.

but it was great we enjoyed the small bar and outdoor firepits
