pool was not super clean

for an extra fee there were those to do at the property such as mini golf and an alpine slide

location, very clean, good connectivity

we called room service over 20 times with no answer

our kids would like to make our trip to snow king the new annual family christmas tradition

pool and hot tub were amazing

everything except the $150 “one time” pet fee. seems a deposit would have been fine.

the atmosphere in the restaurant and bar was wonderful, the food was terrific and the drinks were wonderful

only had breakfast the first morning in figs, the hotel restaurant (we had fun trying a different breakfast

breakfast was good

and friendly, not to mention all the little extras they supplied such as christmas gifts for the kids and cookies for santa on christmas eve

they put your dirty laundry in bags and clean the room 2x a

great bar and restaurant

indoor and outdoor pools and spas! also loved the kitchen to cook for our family.

the european/scandinavian decor is clean and functional, and the wifi is fast

fun little breakfast bar type stools and counter we sat at to play games

still under construction when we went. pool and sauna were closed

i used the gym and loved the treadmill and peleton bikes as well as the heated indoor pool

the spa area with indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym were a bit of lavishness we didn't know how much we needed

the gym was great

we packed up and moved our two kids and our stuff into the other room, in another building at 11pm

bath tub was missing a bar on the side

we appreciated the option to buy beer and wine from the self-serve bar in the evening

the homemade breakfast was included, great common areas and outdoor areas

enjoyed the ambience and comfort of the lobby/breakfast area, little cozy library and gorgeous outdoor front porch area

wonderful attention to comfort details, thoughtful and friendly staff, and delicious home cooked breakfast

amazing spa treatments

didn’t try the spa although it is limited to a hot tub and treatments

the price of ~$900/night, i expected a more spacious room and bathroom

the rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable with luxury sferra linen

and welcoming, luxury boutique amenities, superb accommodations, wonderful spa and great dining

only issue was with the change machine in the laundry room not working properly but the staff addressed and fixed the situation asap

excellent, helpful staff, very clean, a free shuttle that will take you and pick you up from anywhere in town

parking was also plentiful - a bonus compared to other central locations

comfortable rooms, pool and hot tub was a great plus

the available amenities on site - laundry, bar, breakfast, hot tub, heated pool, concierge, in town shuttle service, etc

the snack basket was a nice touch, especially since we had 2 younger kids with us

kids stayed upstairs and their room was great, but they said the ac wasn’t working too great

kitchen was very clean and well stocked with all cooking pans and stuff you would need

beds were very comfortable, there is a small kitchen equipped with everything you need

loved the free use of laundry facility. just wish there was more than 1 machine.
