the suite was very comfortable and the kitchen area had everything one would possibly need

the restaurant and bar were only open 6a to 10a and 5pm to 9pm monday through wednesday.
broken ice machine, one elevator wasn't working, pool was not open, bar was closed also.
shuttle scheduled for 5:00 am left without me - before 5:00am, they did return to get me
wonderful staff and greatly appreciated early check in as we had work commitments
this time we asked for a late check out which they happily gave us

good location, very nice hotel, clean nice pool
she was very nice and accommodating when we needed a late check out.
the whirlpool in our room, as well as the hot tub in the pool area.
we did pick a bad day since there was a bus of kids for playing sports so didn’t get to use it

by, the staff was okay not very pleased with them but over all everything was great including the pool
peaceful, clean, pool ready. easily accessible to other locations.
