like that the front desk person allowed me to do a late check out

this is after i asked about a late check out which i was rudely ignored about

breakfast far exceeded expectations, clean pool, quiet location, close enough to walk or scooter to

clean and up dated. good breakfast

the spa bathtub, when turned on, even on the lowest settings, was very loud and not relaxing

for a room with a spa tub

breakfast was delicious we loved the atmosphere.

really beautiful and elegant rooms, small kitchen (no stove or oven but full sized refrigerator and microwave and keurg) we were in gonsalves

pool is very kid and family friendly, and overlooking the sky scrapper tall building

the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 5th floor roof was amazing

we couldn t order room service but we made it work!

the building itself is beautiful and spacious, offering many amenities, such as a beautiful pool and spa, as well as delicious onsite dining with friendly staff

i wish they had free contential breakfast.
