though it is a hotel there was a laundry room available which was very welcome for a family of four planning to do some island

and services were excellent from the time we were picked up at the airport in the complementary shuttle to the time we checked out

the hotel airport shuttle is quick & easy, and there are fantastic restaurants and cute shops all within a lovely

the new room was great but the view/balcony was of the laundry services which tended to be loud and it was not a good view so we unfortunately did not

request some refills on the laundry detergent that never came and did have to pull out my reservation pricing to match the

gym facilities, a small market and pool side grill makes everything you need right at hand

to two of the best beaches on kauai (one literally on either side of the hotel), has a lovely pool and a great restaurant and is much, much smaller than the mega-resorts like the hyatt and (-)got to be at the pool at the right time to secure a lounge chair (-)poolside drinks were a little pricey. (+)fantastic hotel. friendly staff. terrific restaurant. right on the beach and a great pool. (+) also enjoyed the food and the sundowner drinks at the pool and fire pit (+) the pool was great and it was fun hanging out at the outdoor bar (+) it was cute, great location, clean pool, best pool bar with the best mai tai on the island and the hut that supplies all the equipment (+) pool food service was wonderful (+) the grounds are low key with a relaxing hot tub and perfect sized pool (+)beautiful setting, accessible pool, hot tub, friendly helpful staff.

the restaurant and bar menu are quite average for what you re paying and their mai tai hour only lasts 15

we could have needed for our stay in the villas including a washing matching and well stocked kitchen for us to cook some simple meals

we had ants in the kitchen area of our villa and the front desk called to get someone to come in and spray quickly

wish the pool was open.
