room service of any kind, not one time did the house keeper come in and refresh the towels and

the parking is too close

i love that we had a 2nd floor, 2 bathrooms, complete kitchen, large fridge, and 3 porches

from last visit, pool was refreshing, easy access to downtown and shopping very accommodating staff

she said we can stay there with my pets and all if something went wrong at closing

staff is polite, room is spacious and clean, free breakfast and nothing found sub-par.....jp

3 kids and i stayed overnight here and it was a pretty good place

wifi was slow and needed a booster; lots of road noise

motel had a decent sized parking lot if you're bringing a car

hatch was bothersome one night and they swarmed the bright lites in the parking lot but it was only for one

the room was decorated nicely, quite and the parking space availability was good.

and on easter sunday they had a surprise hunt for the kiddos at breakfast it was wonderful my kids loved it

although i wasn't told up front that there was a pet fee, a $75 pet fee showed up on my bill

catch as well as the balcony for each room, perfect for breathing fresh air and play area for kids too

everything through the walls, yelling kids until well after midnight, banging on walls, the room next to us had

good for the price. access to wifi. great location. attached to an ihop.

not having parking access in front of backside rooms

i won’t have minded and i traveled with young kids too but the door to the connecting room makes you hear

wifi was a little inconsistent but worked well

liked the ease of booking, simple check in process, spacious parking area, proximity to major roadways

the property hate the distance from the pool

the many pools and water park. plus very convenient shuttle bus on property to get you from a-z

while there is a free shuttle they are fairly busy as this is an extremely large property

kids loved the lazy river

very nice, convenient to disney parks, good golf course and water park

waterpark was a big hit for the kids. didn’t really have to leave the resort.

nice you do not have to pay to park, but if you come in late at night, it s difficult to find a parking

thing i can recommend is the tv channels, maybe add netflix so the kids can watch movies after pool
