the pool was clean and at a nice temperature

when ordering room service, the hummus came cold. it may be just the way they served it though.

beautiful property. the glass elevators were hit with my kids.

the pool area is perfect, especially for families with kids of all ages

the website did not mention 100$ pet fee, just says pet friendly

the breakfast was beyond delicious

parking was easy in back of the house

a three course breakfast all home cooked from scratch all fresh ingredients absolutely delicious

wifi and tv both worked very well

they made an excellent breakfast for us each morning and catered to our needs

also the spa prices are over priced

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant (+) the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day (+) roof-top bar was wonderful with an amazing menu of craft cocktails (+) the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that (+) the roof top bar with very fair prices

loved the fact that it was a late check out time at 12pm i was able to get much needed rest and not have to leave so

room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable

the second room had garbage, cigarettes and dirty laundry laying on the floor

and the staff specially the women from breakfast was very nice , never have so a clean breakfast

no pool, it was closed due to it being outdoor.

also, the outdoor pool and hot tub were crystal clear

only complaint wasn't warm for pool to be open.
