we were 4 adults and so booked the biggest, but wish beds were bigger for a more comfortable sleep

room only had 2 towels even though there were two adults and two children

the location is very convenient the pool is really good for kids and adults alike

colors, comfy bed, nice touch to have a filter machine for coffee, very well kept property with pool and

also the quality of meals in room service and the bar where quite disappointing

staff lied to us about how loud the bar was going to be and we’re unhelpful

there’s a noisy bar that plays loud music until 12 and we couldn’t

since it has a bar in a lounge, it could be a bit noisy if you care

food / bar options very limited.

on top of that, the bar on the ground floor puts on loud music at night, making resting very hard

liked the bar with the nice terrace on site

booked this hotel for the location and the room top bar and seating area

rooftop restaurant bar is great!

was perfection; from the stylish mexican aesthetic, to the excellent service, to the delicious breakfast

breakfast was average as in an every hotel we stayed in mexico

the breakfast was amazing, as was general vibe

the breakfast and coffee is also impressive, the pastries from boulenc are as good (if not better) than

our room was spacious—especially appreciated the bedding, art, snacks, and rooftop breakfast.
