second night in our room someone actually started playing the trumpet outside our door and the bar next to our room doesn’t close til 5 am

bartender who checked us in knew our names and drinks by that evening

the bar downstairs was very cool, and great proximity to everything

cool way to spend time in new orleans - checking in at a bar is really cool, and was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see in the french

the r bar downstairs is a huge plus
