room and breakfast

service in the restaurant in the evening was a little slow, but fine at breakfast

beautiful garden and delicious breakfast

the bar was not in a very good location and we never saw it open

parking was for us the one reason we will not return

perhaps a small bar area? perhaps better reading bedside lighting. but these are small things.

hotel, short walk to lulworth cove and beach, with on site parking an added bonus

parking was a little tight but each car had an allocated space

was delicious and the chef clearly takes a lot of pride in the menu and what comes out of the kitchen - the new autumn menu looked amazing

i were to be really picky, the car park was fairly small but there is plenty of local parking

the room was very nice , comfy bed , private , and very friendly staff . the parking was good .

breakfast, friendly staff, off road parking with its own traffic lights to exit safely, handy to town an buses only 10/15 mins walk

park was small, we didnt have any problems parking but in busy periods maybe difficult to get a

lounge and ho wary bar very welcoming

amazing location, quirky individual and fun decor, room exceptionally clean and great breakfast.

there is also a bar and a terrace to sit on

plenty of choice for breakfast & catered for all needs

this we were all made to feel so welcome by maxine the landlady, she even allowed them to use the bar facilities she was simply the best, we all just hit it off and we had such a laugh throughout

location by the ocean it s also night right next to a wetherspoons bar, the noise from young adults partying/arguing literally outside my room kept me awake all night

liked everything, beautiful kean room, very comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast and service, it's outstanding

lovely breakfast with very good coffee and perfect croissants

the breakfast was very good and our room was super clean and had a great view

we were out both days for breakfast but it looked lovely and fresh
